Sintek Group olarak, taahhüdünü üstlendiğimiz OYAK Çimento İskenderun Tesisi’nin 120 t/h kapasiteli beyaz/gri çimento öğütme değirmeni projesinde çalışmalarımız başarıyla devam etmektedir.
Proje kapsamında fore kazık, zemin iyileştirme, inşaat işleri, mekanik işler, yardımcı ekipman tedariği ve proje yönetimi ve devreye alma hizmetleri dâhil tüm süreçler başarıyla yürütülmektedir.
Yer tesliminin ardından 12 ay 21 gün içerisinde, 1. aşama kapsamındaki katkı besleme hatları, yardımcı tesisler ve 2.000 ton kapasiteli çelik çimento silosu devreye alınarak çimento üretilmiştir. 2. aşama kapsamında ise 20.000 ton kapasiteli betonarme çimento silosunun tamamlanması hedeflenmektedir.

The First Phase of Our 120 t/h Cement Grinding Plant Project Has Been Successfully Commissioned
At Sintek Group, the works on the OYAK Cement İskenderun Plant 120 t/h white/grey cement grinding mill project, for which we have undertaken the contractual commitment, are progressing successfully.
Within the scope of the project, all processes including bored piling, soil improvement, civil works, mechanical works, auxiliary equipment supply, project management and commissioning services are being successfully executed.
Within 12 months and 21 days following the site handover, the commissioning processes of the Phase 1 additive feeding lines, auxiliary facilities, and the 2,000-ton steel cement silo have been completed, and cement production has commenced. Under Phase 2, the completion of a 20,000-ton reinforced concrete cement silo is targeted.
