Portekiz’in Alhandra şehrinde yürütülen, Avrupa çimento sektöründeki en büyük karbonsuzlaşma odaklı modernizasyon projemizde önemli aşamalar başarıyla tamamlanmıştır.
Proje kapsamında ön ısıtıcı binasında yaklaşık 3.800 ton çelik konstrüksiyon ve 1200 ton mekanik montaj çalışması tamamlanmıştır. Yüksek oranda atık (alternatif) yakımını mümkün kılarak karbon emisyonunu azaltacak Ø3,4 x 10 metre ölçülerindeki Pyrorotor sistemini içeren çelik yapının toplam yüksekliği 120 metredir. Projemizin fırın ateşleme aşamasına sayılı günler kalmıştır.

The Final Phase of Our Portugal Project, the Preheater Installation, Has Been Completed
Significant milestones have been successfully achieved in our modernization project in Alhandra, Portugal, which stands as one of the largest decarbonization-focused initiatives in the European cement industry.
Within the scope of the project, approximately 3,800 tons of steel structure and 1,200 tons of mechanical installation work have been completed in the preheater building. The steel structure, which includes the Ø3.4 x 10-meter Pyrorotor system enabling high-rate alternative (waste) fuel combustion to reduce carbon emissions, reaches a total height of 120 meters. The kiln firing phase of our project is now only days away.
