Sintek North America, Amerika kıtasındaki ilk büyük ölçekli EPC projesi olan 600.000 ton/yıl kapasiteli klinker öğütme tesisi projesini bütçesinde ve zamanında başarıyla tamamladı. Bu proje, Sintek’in global EPC yetkinliğini ABD pazarında da aynı disiplin ve kaliteyle hayata geçirdiğinin güçlü bir göstergesi oldu.
Houston, Teksas’ta yürütülen proje; temel ve detay mühendisliği, ekipman seçimi, tedarik ve imalat, yapısal çelik imalatı, teknolojik imalat, elektrik ve otomasyon sistemleri, inşaat, montaj ve devreye alma süreçlerini kapsayan tam kapsamlı bir EPC çalışmasıdır. Sintek’in çok uluslu proje yönetimi, saha tecrübesi ve mühendislik uzmanlığı sayesinde tüm fazlar hedeflenen takvim ve bütçe doğrultusunda tamamlanmıştır.
Bu proje ile değerli paydaşımız Çimsa, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde gri çimento üreten ilk ve tek Türk şirketi olarak önemli bir kilometre taşına ulaştı.

Sintek Continues To Leave A Mark!
Sintek North America has successfully completed its first large-scale EPC project in the Americas — a clinker grinding plant with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons — delivered on time and within budget. This achievement strongly indicates that Sintek’s global EPC capability has been implemented in the U.S. market with the same discipline and quality.
Executed in Houston, Texas, the project represents a full-scope EPC undertaking that includes basic and detailed engineering, equipment selection, procurement and manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, non-standard parts manufacturing, electrical and automation systems, construction, installation, and commissioning. With Sintek’s multinational project management approach, field experience, and engineering expertise, all phases were completed accurately on schedule and within budget.
With this project, our valued partner Çimsa has reached a significant milestone by becoming the first and only Turkish company to produce gray cement in the United States.
